At Leads2Results, Inc, our return policy is for bogus name or telephone number, Since all leads are sent immediately upon submission by the applicant. As such, we do not guarantee the veracity of the information as part of our return policy.

You may return leads for credit under the following conditions:

• The telephone number is bogus
• The name of the applicant is bogus
• Business Leads are no ore than 2 days old
• Mortgage and Insurance Leads are no more than 1 week old

You may return leads for credit if any lead you purchase falls into the above categories.

Cancellation Policy

Leads2Results, Inc. cannot guarantee the number of leads you will receive from month to month.  Lead quantity is dependent upon the number of people requesting insurance quotes in the market you selected.  If we are unable to fulfill your lead order within six months, we will refund your remaining account balance.  

Please Note: The number of leads that you will receive depends upon your area code or state selections.  Those agents with a broader range of area code or statewide selections, typically receive more leads.  It is important to understand that with only one or two area code selections, you may experience a slow lead flow and we will need time to fulfill your lead order.

In addition, please note that the success of our lead program is also dependent upon the sales agent.  We do our best to provide you with a viable insurance lead, it is then in the agents hands to work the lead in a timely and diligent manner.
